A qualified Chartered Accountant has been associated with HRC since their first retreat at Lonavala. He undertakes various responsibilities and has been a multi-tasker. Nirmal has been a Senior Capital Market Professional, with leadership roles in large investment management and Equity brokerage houses, like Edelweiss, Enam Direct (now Axis Direct), Alchemy, and CIMB. While he now as a free-lancer continues to pursue his passion for Equity and Portfolio advisory, he devotes all his free time to serving at Sampoornam. He also supports and helps his wife Shashi in her venture (Heal-Thy, Vegan Kitchen) and pursues Vipassana Meditation.
